How to return or exchange
Simply contact us within the 14 days period, and we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with return or exchange instructions.

Eligibility
For hygienic reasons, only new and unused items are accepted for returns. A one-time courtesy exchange is accepted for any used items per order.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid at the buyer's expense. Charming Bay Lashes offers free shipping on exchanges.
